Full restoration of 1961 Century Coronado for Chautauqua NY. 

Full restoration of early Herreshoff S-Class. After a sorted history including reportedly sinking in the Cape Cod Canal in 1920 and catching fire in a yard fire in the late 80's the boat is finally receiving a full restoration before returning to the racing fleet in Naragansett Bay. 

Vivier designs - Ilur

From John Gardner's Dory book we built this 16' dory. The hull is built to the Gerald Smith dory Republican originally built behind his house across the street. We added the beachcomber rig and centerboard as he describes on the larger dory built for Rockefeller in his other book "boats you can build". Cedar planks and sole on Oak frames. Solid Sitka spruce spars. 

Hailing from Marblehead, Woodwind has come to Redd's Pond for New frames from the forward bulkhead to the transom, new floors, four new planks and a thorough refastening. Topped off with new paint and varnish she's ready for many more summers of great sailing.

Coming from the Herreshoff Marine Mueseum's sailing program fleet, this 12 1/2 had been sailed hard for the last ten years. Our work included a number of new wooden floors, reestablishing the camber of the deck, new deck canvas, a new transom, rebuilding the sole, a new set of spars for a gaff rig, and a cosmetic overhaul of the entire boat.

1957 Thompson Outboard

Near completion, the Thompson has recieved new sheer strakes, deck, toe rails and gunwales.

Lawley Tender

The Lawley tender came to us under a heavy layer of paint. Stripped down she revealed the resilient structure of a well-built boat. With a handful of new frames and some seam work she will be a snappy rower again.

Redd's Pond Boatworks replaced Say When II's  keel, lower frames, planking and updated the electrical systems in 2012. Now in 2015 she has returned to have the topsides refinished and have the hardware restored.
